Paul Gregory

For most of Paul's professional life he has worked on private commissions. This enabled him to produce work of both extradinary size and quality. Among his clients were Kate Bush and Peter Nahum, of the Peter Nahum Gallery, who now owns most of Paul's paintings. Many of them are reproduced on this web site with Mr Nahum's permission.

The Lord of the Rings also occupied an important part of Paul's working life as it was mostly scenes from that epic that he was creating. See Tolkien page.

In addition Paul has painted many record covers.

He works in oil while doing some design work these days on computer. Having finished the Lord of the Rings series of paintings, Paul is now looking to work in other areas besides private commission and so has come to us for representation.

He is currently working on a series of covers for Pan Macmillan.

One need only look at works like The Death of Theoden or Minas Tirith to see what a great future Paul has in fantasy art.
